"Overall, the hotel is good for overnight travel because it offers a safe location and parking. The facility is very clean. However, the daily maintenance and condition of the bed/linens could be better.
We requested daily replenishing of towels and toiletries but when we returned to our room is two untouched. We had to go to the service desk to get clean towels and paper products.
The bed was also so soft it gave us backaches in the morning. The bed linens are also in need of replacement. We even removed the top blankets and just asked for an additional sheet because they were so worn out looking."
