"The only incident I had was the attendant sitting outside the arcade. I purchased day passes for the water park online after talking to the front desk. My son and I were leaving to go back to our room when the attendant told us the front desk should of gave us a separate wrist band to get back into the hotel. I should her our key card but insisted we needed a band. She was very rude and I really thought she wasn't going to let us go through the doors and we would have to walk outside to get back to our room. There was no reason for her to have an attitude after all the money we spent there."
