"Coffee was welcome at 6 am when we checked out! We did not try the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We were confused with TV as it looked like they offered lots of streaming platforms. But when we chose Netflix I was required to sign in with my own acct (which I couldn't get to work so no tv for us), But that was minor as we didn’t care about watching tv. "We like having a kitchenette. There was a full-size refrigerator, two burner stove, dishwasher, nice plates and bowls for 4 along with cooking and eating utensils. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was roomy and also comfortable. There was a small table with two chairs suitable for dining. The bathroom was clean and had been updated. The entire suite seemed to have been recently painted and was very clean. This was our 3rd visit. We will definitely stay there again. "

"Yes, the unobstructed views from the south side of the hotel are outstanding. The beach view rooms are also very quiet, and the hotel blocks the cold northern winds allowing you to sit out on the lanai in the afternoons. The hotel sits in the middle of six walkable restaurants, and a nice city park is also just a short walk up Surfside Ave. We stayed here in September and again in December and both times the hotel was outstanding in cleanliness and safety.
