"The room itself was clean, but the pool and fitness center are closed which was not advertised. They’re “renovating” so there are boxes and messes everywhere. Very little parking, the elevator looks like something out of a horror movie, very old, very scary. The hall carpets are dirty and it basically looks like they’ve bandaided everything to stay open while renovating. For no more than we were in the room it was fine, and again the room itself was clean. The free breakfast was ok, few options...

"Our room smelled musty and damp Our clothes, blankets and our bed etc were always wet feeling and smelled. We had to clean all of our clothes even ones that we did not wear."

"Got there a little earlier than expected, so I decided to give them a call and ask if a room was available. Worker name Pam, was very rude and had an awful attitude. We were able to get a room, but once we got there the attitude was worse with the huffing and puffing. She might’ve rough morning but she was VERY nasty & I didn’t appreciate that at all. Definitely not going back at all!"

"Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to...

"The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it."

"The owners are wonderful! Fresh baked treats, any problems they do their best to fix them immediately, pets welcome, and child friendly! The pool was scrubbed and cleaned daily the cleaners were very sweet and accommodating when requesting extra towels and pillows. Only a few floors which was amazing! Walking distance to walk to the beach barefoot! What more could you ask for?!? Looking forward to our next stay in Oct! We were booked for the landmark which we have used every year but this year...

"We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean. I would definitely not...
