"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. "The restaurant/ bar served excellent food.
Only problem was there was no hot water for showers/bath for 3 days during my stay.
I let them know when I was checking out and they eventually gave me a discount, but only after a lengthy conversation.
They questioned me as to why I hadn’t reported it. I explained that I didn’t because a man was working on it outside my room and told me it would be fixed that day so I obviously assumed they knew about it !"
