"No parking was available. We drive around until almost midnight looking for a spot. We had to pay for parking and took an Uber. Otherwise, it's a good hotel for a short trip."
"The staff here are great. They are very professional and caring. The room is clean, quiet, and had great amenities, which is wonderful as I travel for work. The building overall is beautifully kept and the atmosphere inviting. Williamsburg has a lot to offer and the hotel is very well positioned for subway connections. "
"We have stayed at this property before about 6 months and loved it. We stayed this past week and were disappointed. Our room was not cleaned by 3 pm 2/3 days of our stay even though we were out of the room by 10 am each day. We noticed the hallways were very dirty including a hair net being left on the floor for over 24 hours. Amenities are great including the coffee bar and great roof top bar in addition to a very helpful staff. We were just very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room and overall facility for this visit compared to our last visit."
"Clean room but Ash burned through sheets , smelled like cigarettes… the shower head broke off and the repair Guy told me he was off shift so he doesn’t know what to tell us, came upstairs and attempted to fix jt but then told us he couldn’t and ran out of our room. I also booked for a coty view room , which means not on the 1st floor. Besides that nice stay … will be attempting to stay COMFORTABLY again. "
