"The room and the entire property was immaculate. The cleanliness and condition of the room was excellent. I was not expecting that because of the low cost. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again when in the area."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY AND THEY WOKE ME UP 2 HRS BEFORE CHECKOUT. THEY KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND THE GUY JUST SAID CHECKOUT. I SAID YEA AT 11 AM IN TWO HOURS. THEN HE JUST WALKED AWAY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. "

"Although it was a cheaper motel, I had to clean the shower out, nasty stuff on the walls,hair. Bathroom door was gross! Full length mirror was covered in sticky stuff, along with the TV! Soap spots where the bar was sitting on the counter was still there from previous ppl. Gunk all over the .mirror by the vanity. Take lysol wipes!!!"

"Clever and lovely cabin. The cabins are set just off a parking lot, but mine (The Schoolhouse) was really nice, seeming pretty new, good amenities like the big square showerhead. I liked the firm bed. I liked the Kuerig; just wanted decaf pods. Unusual place but worth it."

"Room smelled of smoke, water pipes were loud and noisy. We heard the family above us running across the floor until late at night. Staff who checked us is was also the only one working the next morning to check out and keep the breakfast bar filled."

"Very noisy overnight. Near a highway I understand. Trash dumpster slamming being emptied at 4:30am is not understandable. Thin walls. We could listen to the neighbors conversation. Check- in staff had little enthusiasm for the job. Breakfast staff person was exceptional."

"This historic district in Paducah is something to behold - and this hotel is a perfect place to experience it. The building has been beautifully and smartly renovated. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The mattress on our bed is ready for replacement and an upgrade. Awesome walk-in shower with two shower heads. Would happily stay here again."
