"Noone is on site. There is no front desk. Took over an hour and many calls to get codes for doors. Room was fine."

This time there were a number of issues: no safe in the room, driveway and parking lot were basically rubble, uneven tile on the bathroom floor that we tripped on numerous times, shower curtain would not close, they only cleaned the room every three days, and we asked for sheets for the hide-away bed and they had stains on them,"

"Parking was easy and plentiful. The room was clean and the HVAC system made the room feel quite comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. Great value. I have stayed here before and will again in the future. "

"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street. The outdoor area is fabulous, with lots of places to sit and have a cocktail by the fire.The room was spacious, and clean. We were in the hillside rooms so we had a balcony with a view of the lake. The room had a nice area with coffee, microwave and mini fridge,...

"The bed was very “springy” and I could feel them in by back. Maybe upgrade or add toppers to the mattresses would definitely help people. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...
