"We had an amazing room. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The first room we were going to stay in was too cold due to the unexpected cold snap in Louisiana. It was very cute but the warm room we were moved to was very lovely as well. It was beautifully clean. We had a wonderful sleep in the quiet, warm room. We enjoyed our lovely breakfast along side other guests. We loved our tour of the main house. We learned so much. Thank you We are very grateful for the food...

"Mike the front desk concierge helped make my stay as smooth as possible. Had been there a little over a month and had some personal issues they were beyond my control. Mike worked with me to help my situation be a little less stressful "

"Stunning view from window on 13th floor! Clean and comfortable room, very convenient location next to casino and some good restaurants! Parking was unacceptably expensive at $50 per night, had to park elsewhere. Would stay here again, but they need to charge less for parking."

"This establishment is in severe disrepair. There was literally a piece of roof hanging in front of our door. I realize this is from the recent storms, but I at least would not rent these particular rooms. The carpets turned our feet black. The peep hole was missing and there was a piece of tissue shoved in it. The tub was full off hair. The door lock was broken. The pool was black. Despite all of that, the staff was super nice. She did promise that next time we come back it would be better. "
