"The blanket on the bed had stains in it and holes, the chair was nasty looking and the floor was ragly. We ask the staff members for a new blanket they said no "

"We were there for 3 nights and in all that time the maids did not come in and empty the trash or replenish the towels until the afternoon before we left. Complained to the evening manager twice and was blown off - except she did hand me two garbage bags to put our trash in and handed me a set of towels. Was told that because we were there multiple days they probably didn't want to go into the rooms because most people dont like them coming in. Told her we would have put a dont disturb sigh...

"There was only 1 elevator and it was broken. I was forced to carry my bags to and from the 4th floor. When I requested for a lower level room I was told no. The wall sockets were loose and I had a really hard time charging my phone. Only 1 lamp worked in the room. "

"Overall it was pretty grim. The hotel smells of smoke and is quite run down. We stayed only one night before an early morning flight and booked here because it offers a 24 hr shuttle. The shuttle did not arrive at the advertised time (every 30 minutes on the hour) because 'it was full'. It then only runs to the domestic terminal so we needed another shuttle to the international terminal. While we were waiting for the shuttle at 4:30am people kept walking intoi the hotel off the street banging on...

"Yes, Neglected, poor staff, the rooms are ridiculously nasty uncleaned tubs sinks, toilets, roaches in and under the beds ,ceilings have holes in them. The whole entire hotel needs to be shutdown ASAP, NO ONE SHOULD EVER LIVE LIKE THAT. I REALLY NEED A REFUND. And the only reason I stayed is that I couldn't get my money back so I slept outside of the room in my car."

"Adults need a permission slip to bring their food upstairs to their rooms. Beds are hard as steel. Back, side and knee problems ever since. Bed bugs are lethal and we all got bit by something. Not a coincidence that the spray guy came at checkout. Stay here if this is literally yo only affordable choice, but trust me, itz NOT. Homeless vs this then choose this place. Staff was nice to me but not so much to the others. "

"The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy...

"The staff is helpful and nice, but this place is run-down. I believe there are something, probably bed bugs, as I was bitten on my hands, arms, and face. The hotel pictures are far too nice and do not show the real condition of the property."
