"I enjoyed my stay at this property. It is more of an estate. Very large property with lots of space and beach. A little bit of something for everyone with entertainment and music at night and by the pool. And quiet areas in the excellent club sections. Rooms are spacious and modern. My stay was made special with the help of Shane H. (Manager), Kevin (excellence club beach concierge on 5/24), Chef Marcia and Akeem at the omelette station for breakfast."

"Second time at couples sans souci, always the best time there!! The staff is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoy conversation with them. The Java bar is the best and Aaliyah made some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (and I’m a diehard Starbucks addict) Aaron the photographer was funny and sociable and enjoyed all our interactions with him. Germaine one of the grounds keepers was truly the sweetest and kindest person. Ruth at the spa, was kind, sweet and honestly gave the BEST massage. Alex and Bob in water sports were encouraging to participate in all the resort has to offer. My point is the staff is welcoming and genuine and really make the stay that much better. The hotel and all the amenities are literally the best. We did everything from paddle boarding to relaxing by the pool. The food is delicious. There is a good variety of dishes and there is something for everyone but their traditional Jamaican dishes are the best and what I literally crave when I’m back stateside. Transportation to and from the hotel is an added bonus and staying at the couples lounge at the airport is a treat. You’re not waiting for hours and the short wait time you are there you get to enjoy a red stripe and snacks upon your arrival, a great kick off to your vacation. I can literally go on and on about how amazing this place is and the gorgeous and secluded views. I highly recommend this hotel in Jamaica. It’s our favorite place, feels like HOME. ❤️"

"This Hotel is very beautiful. The staff is nice. I met a young lady named Toni-Ann Simms who work for guest services with the most amazing customer service ever. I encountered a few hiccups but she was always ready to assist. I am not sure how she is not one of the managers. She treat this company like her own. She helped set up my beautiful dinner on the beach. She also checked up on me the entire trip. She has 5 star customer service. The food was great. My favorite was the hibachi restaurant. You ever ate something so good that even when you are full you still keep eating. lol that good. The hotel had different activities throughout the day. We attended most and we had such a great time. They have everything you can possibly need within reach. The gym has great machines. The spa workers were amazing. My spouse and I received a couples Swedish massage. The massage was so good we instantly fell asleep. I would def recommend. #Toniforpresident I pray that Toni-Ann Simms is promoted to a higher position. She deserve it. "

"Absolutely loved staying at this resort. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was such a wide variety of food in the buffet everyday. The steakhouse was my favorite with the delicious rib eye. Rooms were beautiful as well as the view. So glad I was able to spend my birthday here with my family! "

"Tool my mom on a vacation for mothers day and the 5 nights we stayed was outstanding. The staff was just so friendly all the time. We had the rooms with the butler service and they just made it so easy to do everything and anything. There was always something to do and eat. Nights were cool as they had things to each night. There were also different things to do just about each hour of the day. The gym got a lot of my attention and then we'd find things to do around. "
