My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

Stunning views from the garden

Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.

We requested a change of room because there was no shower in the one offered. they were immediately pleased to do so. Staff were all very pleasant all the time we were there.

Fantastic property located within a very relaxing setting, all the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help!, rooms are very clean and spacious can’t sing the praises of this place enough will most definitely be staying again!!

Easy access to beach and pier. Plenty of on-site parking and staff were very helpful and efficient. Will stay again.

Room was very clean and the sea view was wonderful. Good to have a great selection of hot drinks in the room as well as toiletries. The spa was also very nice to be able to use. All staff were very friendly.

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it. We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

The staff Alex, Alex, Elliot, Izabella, Dan, Pedro, Giovanni, Jacopo, Eleanor, Ollie, Carlotta, Beatrice, Jason and last but not least Maddie and Andy the chef that came in early on our last morning to cook us breakfast and serve as we had a coach to catch before the restaurant was open were all so welcoming and warm throughout our stay Thank you from the CWU Grampian & Shetland Branch

Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.
