Hotel murah di Brownville

"We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around."

"Water was turned off, no showers no flushing toilets for a period of time. Pool unavailable (closed due to crack), no room service, had to hunt down cleaning crew, no room telephone (broke), bathroom sink handle broken. When brought to attention of front desk staff immediately upon arrival, no service"

"The rooms are clean, but when I walked in the room had a funky smell. Thankfully the AC worked and circulated most of it out. The sink also had sewer gas smell coming out of it, which never went away. Overall not a good place to rest your head be gone."

"Only one elevator working for my 2 day stay. It took aleast 6 minutes to call a elevator. The staff durring the Fire alarm that whent off during my stay just kept on working and did not let the guess know it was ok to return. The fire alarm did not go off until the Fire departement arrived."

"I appreciated the housekeeping staff. They knocked on your door daily to see if you may needed cleaning, always polite. The room was clean, although I usually get a king bed when I stay at hotels they're were only queens available but it was very comfortable. Front desk staff was also polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that for several days I had to listen to a couple in the next room having loud sex several times a day which became annoying."

"No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave"

"Bath tub needs to be redone. Felt gross in there I wore my slippers in the shower. You can hear everything through the walls. Couldn’t sleep from an arguing couple all night. The bathroom you can hear people having a conversation through the walls. It was not relaxing to sleep in the room and hear everything, including every flush that occurs."

"The mattress of the king bed was not leveled. Instead of changing it, the staff gave me more sheet. The toilet was clogged, the staff told me that we dont have housekeeping after 4 pm so you will have to wait till tomorrow. Bad tub was broken. They had pasted a patch of glazed plastic sheet on the damaged area, which was very slippery. I slipped while taking a bath. Fortunately there was no serious injury. Quality of food at the breakfast was bad. Not a good value for money"
