"All staff deserve a raise, they had a very pleasant manner towards us for the duration of our stay. Even going as far as to message to check in on any needs we may need assistance with. Kitchen staff also did an amazing job catering to a large capacity of guests during the buffet breakfast as well as our dinner reservation. "Location was convenient for what we were doing in South Auckland. Sunday morning noise was not too bad but would be noisy during the week right on the roadside. Was clean and tidy but needed some maintenance. The biggest thing was there was no tea bags (only green tea) and silly sachets of milk!!"

"We booked 2 bedroom apartment. Second time round for a couple of weeks for the pure fact that staff are very polite and accommodating, has full kitchen facilities. The car park is very secure, close to all our needs and especially family who live locally."
