"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...

The room was very comfortable and well maintained, and one of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony, which made the stay feel especially relaxing. "Absolutely amazing stay! We were only here for one night, but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The room and the view is incredible. Didn’t know what to expect from the restaurant but - WOW!
