Disappointing Experience – Misleading Service and Unhelpful Staff
We had a very disappointing experience. We booked a twin room in advance, but upon arrival, we were told that it was sold out. Instead of honoring our reservation, the staff offered us the same type of room for an additional fee, calling it an “upgrade” — which felt like a blatant upsell rather than a real upgrade.
What made things worse was that the hotel was nearly empty during our stay. We hardly saw another guest, and many rooms were visibly left open, which made the claim of being "sold out" even more suspicious. When we raised these concerns, the staff was dismissive and unwilling to provide any explanation or assistance.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and felt dishonest. We expected better transparency and hospitality.
