Great stop for on the way up north from Florida. Staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We will definitely stay again next year.

Good stay

Check in was a breeze…receptionist was friendly! Rooms were good( just a strange smell) and quiet! Breakfast good too. Rooms served their purpose.

Upon check in the clerk said it was a "pet-free" hotel. I told him we had a pet and their hotel was advertised as pet friendly on Hotels.com. Then he said yes to our pet but there would be a $100 pet fee and we had to stay in a certain room for pets which was smaller than the room we reserved and had a double queen not a king bed.

The room was fine, but it smelled damp (not musty). The desk person, who was not very friendly, gave us a spray can of Febreeze, which helped. Actually the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was good. They did not have a separate breakfast person on Sunday. It was covered by the desk person, and we had to wait 10 minutes for scrambled eggs to be fixed. There was no breakfast meat, only biscuits and sausage gravy.

There was an overpowering smell of Fabuloso that killed my sinuses and eyes. The floors were uneven as if there had been improper repairs. The elevators were out of order. There was NO toilet paper when I arrived. The shampoo and conditioner were obviously not new. The phone wasn't connected (to call the front desk). One of the lamps flickered even after checking the bulb. But staff was great and friendly, and the location and breakfast were very convenient.

A public health hazard! The place is riddled with mold. How can this place even stay open? I checked in late at night and there were cockroaches running around my room and there was one swimming in the toilet. The whole place smelled like feet. Beware!

A second rate hotel and even worse service!

Had a problem with the shower door leaking badly, flooding the bathroom floor. The "manager" at the desk was of little help, arrogant and a very poor reflection on the hotel brand and the ownership.

We checked in at after 6pm on July 20. The front desk guy was a bald blk male. He was very rude upon checking in. His demeanor was very unfriendly. The fire alarm went off at almost 4am. We had to evacuate, and found out someone was playing around and pulled it. There were no apologies from staff. We lost sleep, which caused us to miss breakfast, bc we didn’t get back to sleep until about 6 am bc it was frightening.

The pool is closed they should have that stated on the website. The bed had blood stains on it. There was big hole in wall of the room and the door to room did not close. Checked out within 15minutes of checking in and went to a nicer hotel
