"We waited until checkin time only to have to wait longer because our room wasn’t ready. However, two guests (one was a large group) came after us and were checked in immediately! No wait time at all! Hmmm! Please make sure all rooms are ready BEFORE guests arrive! No calls should be made when guests arrive to see if the room is ready! There were enough hotel workers just leisurely browsing around that can assist with rooms being prepared for arriving guests! I’ve never seen so many hotel...

"We traveled with our pet. The room was very clean comfortable my only note was that there is no supper or direct entrance. They have a single pet friendly room. I was told up on the third floor, which required walking through the lobby and a trip in the elevator other than that, everything was good"
