"The hotel was overall a great place to rest. I liked that there was a 24-hour gym because I would usually stretch or do cardio before going to sleep."

"When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology."

"The Room was nice, bed was very good. Very Small closet in room. No coffee pot in room. Front desk service was bad. Overall for the price it was okay."

"The staff was very kind. The room doesn’t have carpet however there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the tub. I think it’s great they have an area for people to hangout and bbq. However we were there on business and needed to rest… doesn’t make sense to have that outside of someone’s room. Again, really appreciate the staff being so kind."

"Overall this place is just a wreck: elevator broken, water fountain broken, exposed screws in bathroom, no outside doors locked, dirty hallways and stairs. It’s a Quality Inn, so manage your expectations."

"I’m sure after Reno is done it will be great. However while we were there,we come home and find our room open and belongs moved so our air could be removed and cleaned. Contacting us before would have been nice. Return back the next day and carpet in hall and molding being removed. Nails from molding and carpet tack sticking up in front of our door. For these rest of our stay we walked on dirty concrete floors. How considerate management could have been to offer a discount for the noise,...
