"I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels maintain in the area."

"Te he rooms are big and nice. Overall clean rooms, and hotel. The staff on the other hand terrible! From check in to check out no customer service whatsoever. They are rude and laugh at their guests. They are bothered you ask questions and that you are there at all."

"It occurs to me that people mostly write reviews when they absolutely love something or are wildly angry. So, I'll weigh in here to fill in the gap. Shut your eyes and imagine a suburban Holiday Inn Express on a busy road. This hotel is exactly what you are picturing. It is clean, quiet, and safe. I liked the pillows. There is a Dairy Queen next door and a really excellent donut shop across the road. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast has hot and cold options, and it's okay! Five minutes after leaving this hotel, there is nothing in particular you will remember about it. However, it was $110 per night, and it absolutely gets the job done."

"Had a good rest here. Room is comfy and clean. Quiet environment. Big fridge with stove provided. Smart TV with Netflix is great. No breakfast provided but the cleanliness, environment, and well-equipped room made up for it"
