"Breakfast could be better and more seating. 1 very old elevator for everyone so you waited awhile. Rooms kinda stuffy and sink was clogged and the shower has no stopper. For the price it could be way nicer but it is what it is."

"I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels maintain in the area."

"Te he rooms are big and nice. Overall clean rooms, and hotel. The staff on the other hand terrible! From check in to check out no customer service whatsoever. They are rude and laugh at their guests. They are bothered you ask questions and that you are there at all."
