"Primero no me dieron la habitación qué yo había solicitado, que era dos camas, me dijeron que al dia siguiente tendría que bajar mis maletas para el cambio. Lo cual hice me mandaron al 7to piso debo aclarar que aunque ellos no respetaron mi reserva yo tuve que bajar y subir mis maletas por el cambio de habitacion y el Internet no agarraba, el teléfono no servía así como el aire acondicionado.
