I’m welcoming staff. Great little set up in the lobby area with a filtered water machine, free to use and even has sparkling water. Room was a good size. However the sink in the kitchen was small, had a double hob and a microwave, not an oven. Great stay in a nice area. Thank you

Nice apartment. Great value. Short walk to the city through the Royal Park. Area seemed quiet. Staff were very helpful with check in and leaving bags for the day post-check out. Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay! We had a spacious room with a small kitchen & clean bathroom and it was a good location, only 15-20min walk to the main city centre. The staff were super friendly and I loved that there was a 24hr mini market available downstairs in case you were hungry! It was International Women's Day when we stayed here and they had a lovely setup with snacks & a chocolate fountain for all the guests to enjoy! I would gladly stay here again 😊

Rooms are fab and such a good price! Great location to the centre and walkable to most central places. My only con would be the room could do with a paint job and maybe the towels could be updated, but that’s me clutching at straws! Staff were great and very helpful.

The room was really basic and sad, not very cozy. Unfortunatly sound isolation is not great as I could hear doors banging and people running in the corridors. The location is great, and the reception floor looks nice and modern.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Brussels, just steps from the large city park. The breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room size; when the trundle bed was pulled out, it blocked access to the bathroom. Although there was space in the kitchen/dining room, the bedroom itself was hard to navigate. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They really went out of their way to assist me. The room was very well equipped and quiet. Not fancy but comfortable. Some good restaurants within walking distance towards the European Parliament building.

The hotel is just fine and the breakfast is excellent. But…Almost all eating places in the area are not open for dinner. They cater to lunch crowd. But there is a sushi place on Luxembourg that is very good which is open.

Compact apartment but with bonus balcony with chairs and table outside. Small but functional kitchen with job, microwave, fridge and hob. All the utensils and crockery you would need for your stay Plenty of hanging space with hangers !! Hairdrier and tv all good Very clean bathroom with fabulous shower/bath with shower gel and hand soap Ironing and washing facilities downstairs open 24/7 if required You can also have bfst (which we don't opt for) and there is a small selection of foods to buy in reception Whole Reception team we met were fabulous and helpful. We caught the Flibco bus from the airport (Charleroi), landed at Gate Midi and then taxi is 10 mins (€15) or 3 stops on the blue line metro to Troon and then it's literally round the corner (€2.90 pp) It's about 20 min walk down hill to Grand Place. So much to see on the way, through a lovely park with beer/wine garden within. Close to the parliament building so you can 2 PCs of the Berlin Wall as well as the building. Would highly recommend to stay here for anyone. Very quiet location with Carrefour round the corner and a very nice Thai near by
