Ottima posizione con più mezzi di trasporto pubblici nelle vicinanze, camera delle giuste dimensioni ma soprattutto molto silenziosa, pulizia eccellente. Una struttura da utilizzare per periodi brevi vista la mancanza del servizio giornaliero, ma di alta qualità.

Die Lage war ausschlaggebend, man ist zu Fuß schnell im Europaviertel, in Matongé oder St. Bonifacius, außerdem sind Metro und Supermärkte super erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist solide, mir hat das Frühstück mit frischem Obstsalat und Waffeln gut gefallen.

Great place to stay! We had a spacious room with a small kitchen & clean bathroom and it was a good location, only 15-20min walk to the main city centre. The staff were super friendly and I loved that there was a 24hr mini market available downstairs in case you were hungry! It was International Women's Day when we stayed here and they had a lovely setup with snacks & a chocolate fountain for all the guests to enjoy! I would gladly stay here again 😊

Great aparthotel
It was a great experience for my 3 friends and I. The only thing is there’s not enough hot water and so I had to take a cold shower after a long day of traveling. That wasn’t fun. I also understand why they do it, but thermostat can’t go higher than 22 degree Celsius so coming from a cold shower, it was a bit uncomfortable for a few hours until I was further into sleep. Otherwise, it’s a good place. It has free filtered water (which is a plus if you don’t want to keep buying it out), near to the park and Grand Place, close to public transport and staff was friendly.

Rooms are fab and such a good price! Great location to the centre and walkable to most central places. My only con would be the room could do with a paint job and maybe the towels could be updated, but that’s me clutching at straws! Staff were great and very helpful.

Muy buen ubicado. Fácil y cerca de stattion Central donde tomar el tren para Gante o Brujas. Y muy cerca,todo caminando para llegar al Centro Histórico. Muy cómodo y accesible. Recomiendo sacar los pasajes para viajar en la estación de tren. Adultos mayores 7,50 E Ida y vuelta a Gante o Brujas.

Muy practico y comodo
El apartahotel está muy completo, muy equipado y el personal muy amable. También tenían servicio de lavandería, lo que o hacia muy comodo. Lo único que cambiaría es que la temperatura tiene que estar entre 18° y 22° en las habitaciones y para mi gusto hacía frío.

Uma alternativa para não ficar no centro
Hotel fica em uma zona de embaixadas, mas possui mercado próximo. Para ir ao centro indico usar metrô ou ônibus. Cama um pouco menor do que uma queen. Mas tudo muito bom, todos utensílios para cozinha. Excelente. Ar condicionado muito bom tbm.

Mon séjour dans cet hotel était parfait. Le personnel est très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Il y a des restaurants proches et le metro est à quelques centaines de mètres. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y séjournerai de nouveau à mon prochain passage à Bruxelles.

I really enjoyed my stay at Apparthotel Access in Brussels! The staff is friendly and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable and have everything I needed for cooking. It is located near the Royal Palace, a supermarket, transportation (bus and metro) and restaurants. I highly recommend it! Thanks!! :-)

Excelente localização e atendimento
Excelente atendimento e localização. Bem perto de uma estação de metrô e no fim da estadia nossas malas ficou no hotel sem nenhum custo. Atendimento impecável em especial o Pierre que se esforçou tanto para compreender nossa língua.

Dated property. Room was in need of a good deep cleaning. Dirty floors. Trash was left in room. Shower did not drain properly and was not gixed after request. Mattress was terrible and sheets didn't fit enough to cover pad on top of mattress.

We had a good time there. We used lime scooters most of the time. The staff was very nice and welcoming!
