This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was almost empty, with nothing but a bed and a chair. The air conditioning control in the room is basically fake. The hotel controls the A/C remotely and frequently turns it off, making the room hot and stuffy. You also can’t open the window because there is no insect screen. The reception staff were not friendly, and they made us wait until exactly 3:00 p.m. for check-in. We arrived early, and since the room required no cleaning or preparation, there was no reason for the delay. The bathroom amenities were extremely poor—only liquid soap in a dispenser was provided. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. If location is your priority, it may be acceptable, but otherwise I would not recommend staying here

A acomodação possui boa estrutura, mas tivemos dois problemas. O primeiro é que o anúncio diz que o check in é a partir da 7am, mas recebi um e-mail um dia antes da hospedagem informando que seria às 3pm. O segundo ponto, e mais relevante, é que escolhi a hospedagem principalmente por ter ar condicionado, já que nessa época do ano está muito quente. O ar é central, é possível ligar e regular do quarto, mas há também regulação na recepção. Nosso ar (quarto 405) simplesmente não funcionava. Estava claramente inoperante. Comuniquei na quarta à noite a um funcionário que, prontamente, tentou ajustar nos controles gerais. Subi e fiz o teste, não funcionou. Apesar disso, decidi aguardar até o dia seguinte. Na quinta, quando falei com um outro funcionário, ele tentou fazer o mesmo ajuste que o primeiro. Fiz um novo registro de que não havia funcionado e ele simplesmente informou que não poderia fazer nada, que comunicaria ao técnico mas que provavelmente ele só chegaria quando eu já tivesse saído, no dia seguinte. Não houve sequer a tentativa de verificar presencialmente e, como alternativa, me mudar de quarto. O local tem estrutura para ser uma excelente acomodação, mas minha experiência não foi satisfatória.
