Our stay at Hotel Agora was very nice! We had a lovely smaller, cozy room with a window that opened to the courtyard below. The hotel is right in the heart of Brussels old town and just steps from Grand Place. The hotel was easy to walk to from the train station and very convenient to all the sights and shopping. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station. Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Location is very good. It's close to the brussels central station and several tourists spot. There is no lift. Stairs are steep and narrow. If you are not fit or carry large suitcase ,take it in consideration.

Young man at reception was very kind but this place is not deserving of a 9.2 guest rating. If you’re in your 20s and looking for someplace in the thick of it/near the train station to crash while backpacking then it’s probably fine but otherwise it’s worn down and incredibly loud. I was supposed to stay two nights but left after one.
