The staff was friendly and guided us with questions. The room was clean and had a nice bed. Only Downside was that there was no light in the room other then two very small wall lamps by the bed…but no big deal. Room was very clean. Service in Belgium overall including this hotel is absolutely terrible. The entire building must be set to either cool or heat. Rooms are not able to be independently adjusted. As a result all 4 rooms were very warm.
