"I got a room that facing construction side, during night, the construction noise kept me wakeup, and I was not able to switch to a quite room. The breakfast is very expensive. the hotel location is ok, but a little bit away from the city center. with the price paid that not include breakfast, I consider the hotel is over priced."

There is no kettle in the rooms however there is one in 4th floor and also 2 microwaves which was very helpful. Towels were of excellent quality however they clean rooms only on request. "Stayed for 3 nights with family.The hotel location is good and close to supermarket and other amenities. It's a 20 minute walk to train station. No tea or coffeemaking facilities in room.In common area were there were facilitaties for coffee and tea,the tray was empty on a lot of occasions and when we asked staff just kept pointing at paid machine which was not very helpful. Self check in works well and also good facilities to store luggage. "

"The receptionist we first saw was a bit surly and not very friendly or helpful but the rest of the staff were lovely. Everything was clean and breakfast was excellent. They were also really helpful when a ring accidentally got washed down a sink and sent a janitor to retrieve it. Overall was excellent and very handy location for the city and public transport."

"This apartment is in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Pros: *Well stocked kitchen. We were able to make a few meals at the apartment and it had everything, minus ingredients, that we needed. *Great location. *Comfortable *8-10 walk to the bus station *Close to restaurants. *Grocery store right around the corner. *10-15 minute walk to Bryggen Cons: *No black out shades so bring eye masks. *Not very sound proof. "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean and easy to access, and its location is perfect. The hosts were prompted with communications and clear with instructions. An excellent place to stay while in Bergen!"

"Lovely place to stay right in the center of Bergen. Close to everything you need or want to see with a light rail stop nearby. Staff were quick and helpful. Room was updated, clean, and plenty large for 2 people. If driving, park at Kloster Garasjen for 15% off, doesn’t work with rental cars though because it bills the company automatically."

"Corridors were indeed tricky to navigate. The bar on the 3rd floor is great when it is open. We had a room with tub/shower with a very slippery floor. We ended up putting a towel down in the tub but there should be a rubber mat. Dialing 9 often got you an extended wait with no answer. Room service is a process. No menu in the room and my daughter had to go to the restaurant to order. Front desk staff very helpful when they are there. There wasn’t someone there at all times. Great...
