"The hotel is in an excellent condition and I was very pleasantly surprised with how big it is inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and more so, as I was celebrating a special occasion with my boyfriend, when we walked into the bedroom we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and cheesecake on the table and the bed was beautifully decorated with a towel swan and floral petals. I was so in awe it was the most wonderful surprise. So a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back again soon! "

"Stay was grrat location large room easy for 3 adults . But front end staff not very friendly or helpful. Came back to hotel in evening was not told you needed your card to gain access . They stood and watched usninstead of coming to the door. No imfomatio. Given when checkin regardung hotel and amenities. Other than that would stay again for location. But would hope for vetter customer service .. this us a must for me "

"I have to say, a gem of a hotel. Despite its location, (though convenient,it's hardly salubrious) a great hotel experience. Easy to deal with online, a high-spec finish all through the hotel; friendly and helpful interacion with onsite staff when required. We'd recommend this place to our family and friends and anyone who needs a palcetpo stay in London!"
