"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything. Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. The room was spacious, clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was AMAZING (with a Japanese toilet!). I had dinner at the hotel, prices are reasonable, food was delicious, and the staff incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet was also really good, I particularly enjoyed the Belgian pancakes that I ordered. The check out process was great as well. They sent the same person who brought my luggage up to also weigh my luggage before leaving (shout out to Yam, you were great!). I will most definitely book again at the Hyatt Regency London The Churchill. Well worth the money paid."
