"I thought the property mentioned it was 6 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was not but it was about 12 miles or so from the entrance. Still a fairly good location. The room was clean and the property with only 4 rooms was cute. The walls were thin and you could hear loudly the upstairs toilet flush. I am fortunate as I always travel my sound machine to block out noise. The pillows were too fluffy for me causing my neck to hurt. The second night I used the extra blanket for my pillow. "The room was relatively clean. The property is older yet this just added to the ambience and is conveniently located within walking distance to the available restaurants. Bybee’s is also located between Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin providing driving access to both parks. I would definitely recommend Bybee’s Steppingstone Motel and would stay here again when visiting Utah’s canyon country."

"The cabins were large size. Lots of room to move around. The porch was cute and we enjoyed sitting in the chairs at night looking out at the beautiful scenery. Beds were comfortable, it was nice and quiet for sleeping and the water for the shower/bath nice and hot. Very close to a great pizza and icecream place in Tropic and only 5 minutes from the Mosey Cave Trail in Bryce Canyon National Park. 15 minutes from the visitors Center. I would definitly recommend these cabins for their comfort,...

"Pleasantly surprised. Would have stayed longer. Close to Bryce. Check in is handled by motel across the street. Gas, groceries and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner also right across. Expect to be out of service area and spotty satellite. Clean bath and great water pressure."

"The property and the room were well maintained. Nice bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and dual sink vanity. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very conveniently located to Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. There is a free shuttle bus to the park that stops directly at the hotel. You can ride it to the park and then transfer to park shuttle to travel around the park. This avoids parking hassles in the park. Shuttle runs every 10 minutes."

"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down. "Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay."
