"Absolutely a DUMP!!!! The first room that I was given the water in the tub ran continuously and could not be shut off as soon as you walk into the room you were overwhelmed with the smell cigarette smoke. The second room was absolutely filthy. There was trash behind the beds and on the floor. The towels were actually black with stains. Holes in the walls, caulking around everything.
