"I was visiting family so out of the room from roughly 11:00am - 11:30. The first night sleeping was uncomfortable due to what were not even extreme temperatures. I asked the receptionist for a fan to be delivered to my room and she confirmed this would happen as I had an option to borrow one locally. I returned back to the room after 11pm and the fan wasn't there after undressing ready for bed I should have contacted reception again as I had another uncomfortable night's sleep. Disappointed!"

Location is very close to train station and walking distance to Cardiff Castle, restaurants, and many other amenities. The room was comfortable and very clean.
