The employees were awesome—helped to make sure we were comfortable by moving us to another room when the air conditioning malfunctioned. The young man (6/1-2/24) provided excellent customer service! We enjoyed our stay.

Really the only issue was the shower/tub which did not drain well. Otherwise, the property was well-kept and quiet. Very convenient to Bryson City.
