We were tired from our night out and offered little help. They said cleaning crew was unavailable. No apology at all. We had to move are room from 1st floor to 5th floor after a 45 min wait. It was about 12:30 am. Next day we asked the manager Melissa about not having 1st floor and were upset about prior night. She was apologetic but said little...

"The rooms were ok nothing lavish but clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. The cleaning staff cleaned so well I was pleasantly surprised! The Hilton was deff a great choice to stay at. The amenities didn’t really apply to me because I rented a car and went out around the whole island to explore so I would end my day at the hotel beach. Great chair and towel service and bars."
