A very comfortable stay overall. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. The host was polite and responsive, and the self check-in was perfect for our late arrival. We really appreciated how convenient everything was.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. There is a kitchenette and an area with a table and chairs so guests can be self sufficient. There is a lift for people unable or unwilling to use the stairs and the air conditioning is effective and not too loud.

I had a really nice two night stay. Communication was excellent and always timely. Staff went above and beyond to respond. The place was clean, the amenities were as described, the property was in a quiet area that was walkable and safe. I would stay here again, especially for what I paid. Great value.

The staff was very responsive and the room was nice. Had a fire alarm that took a long time to be deactivated because there is nobody on site. Also there was no spare toilet paper in the bathroom. While they offered to bring some in a few hours, it seems odd that an extra roll wouldn’t be in the room.

Facendo un paragone tra prezzo e servizi devo dire che è una buona scelta. L unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare sono le piccole attenzioni che anche se pago poco ,offerta fatta consapevolmente da entrambi le parti ,come cliente vorrei più coerenza. Non ho trovato un frigo ,con il caldo più che utile e in più c è scritto che c è, io personalmente avevo delle cose che ho comprato sapendo questo e poi buttate perché non era presente ,non solo soldi buratti ma era anche una cosa emotivamente che avrei voluto portare con me . Non mi è piaciuto però che la stanza non si poteva chiudere anche manualmente dal Interno ,una cosa che personalmente preferisco, si apriva solo cpn il codice e basta . E forse per il bagno almeno un bicchiere per lo spazzolino e più di un rotolo di carta igienica sarebbe stato perfetto. Per il resto la posizione non è male e il posto èra pulito .

BE AWARE THERE IS ZERO STAFF AT THIS PLACE SO CONTACT IS EMAIL ONLY. When we arrived our Balcony door was completely broken and just swinging open. After wasting hours waiting for them to fix it, a guy turned up and said he couldn’t fix it but someone else would be there in an hour. 4 hours later, nothing. We lost an entire day of our holiday. The hotel then said between 3 and 8pm the following day meaning more time lost. When I asked them to change rooms instead they stopped responding, then later accused me of lying and said there was no discussion about the broken door! Aside from that issue and that our apartment was not secure the entire week, they also left zero instructions or commodities. No spare toilet roll, no spare bin liners or instructions how to get rid of the rubbish, no room service, clean sheets, towels etc. The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool even running 24/7 and with the broken door barricaded shut. The drains stank like mould/sewage and was very noticeable every time we used the toilet and shower. The last night the fire alarm went off at 10pm and no-one could turn it off for 45minutes. After emailing them they said it “happens all the time” and sent instructions how to turn it off, but the key for the panel they mentioned wasn’t in the lock or anywhere in reception. When I replied to tell them and ask what to do next they stopped responding again. They are awful and hopeless. Please do not book this place.
