Wonderful stay. Office staff friendly. Lovely stay. Not a upscale but room was clean, comfortable, and satisfactory. Its a bit older but nice enough. Will stay again.

It was clean, although a little difficult to get to until you got used to the area. No clear signs from the main road to the hotel. Close to some dining options and about a mile from downtown Berkeley Springs.

This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12.
