"Nice sized room and was clean. It was a very hot day end of May 26 so the room was very hot. They had winter quilts fitted so we asked for a lighter 1 was told there aren’t any. Spoke to head housekeeper in the morning to be told we should have been given an alternative so have to assume as it was after 11 the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to help. Check in and it was very straight forward ."

"The room was beautifully presented and we enjoyed using the pool. Staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the biggest let down for us was the shower in the room. It wouldn’t stabilize kept turning hot then really cold. Couldn’t enjoy it. Other than that a lovely stay."

"The room was not as clean as you would expect, especially at a property in the class. I had to pick up rubbish from the side of the bed. The shower drain was not working properly and was not fixed despite notifying the staff about it. No one would answer the phone at either the reception or the housekeeping so had to come in person at the reception to request amenities that housekeeping had forgotten to replenish during the daily cleaning. Overall, an underwhelming stay at a Crowne Plaza."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed with great amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite warm; I would recommend checking if a room with air conditioning is available when booking. Additionally, while the shower pressure was usable, it could certainly be improved. Despite these minor issues, I would happily stay here again, particularly during cooler weather seasons"
