"A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."

"Staff incredible. So kind and helpful. Hotel and room itself lovely. V clean and nice facilities. The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times. "

"The room was spotless, lovely beds and pillows everything was perfect in the room, loved the Elemis products in the bathroom. Dinner was superb I recommend the Burger! Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back! "Desk staff absolutely spot on, easy check in, room was spot on, definitely worth extra money for the river view watching sunset over wales and the ferry’s leaving. Hotel is 10/10 nicest place in Liverpool I’ve ever stayed by far. Ginos restaurant an ginos sky bar however, not good at all, but this is seperate from the hotel "
