"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One small suggestion for improvement would be the coffee from the breakfast machine, as we didn't find it very good. "Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century….
