"We stayed here for a Chief's game. The staff was friendly. It looks like they are working on improvements. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was minimal compared to other places you can stay, but the cost of the rooms was very reasonable. The parking lot on the premises is small so you will have to park in a different lot around the corner. The hotel had security there, maybe because it was a game day (Monday Night Football). It didn't take long to get to the stadium."

"The staff was friendly. There is currently construction to fix things in the hotel but we were accommodated. The vending machine was empty and the ice machine barely worked."

"Clean room (a bit shabby—worn furniture) and AC was not working properly on arrival and door knob/handle was broken off the door in bathroom. Once reported fixed in a timely manner but was a hot night in the room due to poor AC."

"I didn’t visit the bar or have any food or drinks in the hotel but the experience was amazing from the minute. I walked in. It was just an amazing experience. I plan to stay here every time I visit Kansas City. It was very close to everything that I needed to get to and there’s tons of fun stuff around to do."
