"As soon as we arrived, we were forced to use valet parking there was no other option. After checking in, we tried to use the elevator and almost got stuck in it. Luckily, the doors opened back up, and we got out immediately. We then had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. As we walked through the hallways, there was construction everywhere. The ceilings were falling apart, with pieces of wood and paint scattered throughout the hall. On the way to our room, we also noticed the pool...

"I just want to say this was a good stay, but I was so disappointed in that breakfast buffet. The only hot item they had was make your own pancakes. But the place was alright. Beds were not the best either.. but I'd give them a 4 out of 5 stars, overall not bad."

"Remodeled rooms are excellent! The fitness center was closed because they stored mattresses there, the pool was full of bugs because it was not scammed/cleaned regularly. We were a little disappointed because the breakfast area was being remodeled, and there was only grab and go available, we typically enjoy the full breakfast when we stay there. The only challenge with our room was the door knob on the inside of the room came off the day we were leaving, but we contacted one of the repair...

"I had a total on 5 rooms neither were cleaned during our 7 night stay. Just excuses after excuses."
