No staff on site and you have to get the key from a different location. That's probably not so bad if they tell you that in advance, but they didn't bother with me. The apartment itself is OK but could easily be much better and worth more per night. The decoration is not finished and the front door is very delapidated and sticks. Only one pillow each and only one towel each. There is a huge wardrobe that could easily hold a couple of extra towels and pillows and maybe a blanket for the colder nights. The TV switched on but there were no channels, and anyway it is in the (small) kitchen rather than the (large) bedroom. Nothing was remotely like the apartments in the photos. On the other hand, the shower was good (if a bit smelly), there is a small but functional kitchen complete with full size fridge freezer and a small load washing machine and the bed is comfortable. It is located in the heart of the ruin bar district so would be great for younger people who just want somewhere to collapse and recover, but for anyone else it needs abit of tlc.

Het appartement was netjes, het ligt midden in het centrum alles was op loopafstand, de bussen, trams en metrostations waren dichtbij. In het appartementencomplex was het stil, geen overlast van andere mensen, zelfs geen last van geluid van auto’s buiten het appartementencomplex. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden als je Boedapest wilt bezoeken. Er zijn leuke restaurantjes in de buurt waar je goed kan eten. Als tip: dat er in de keuken een vaatdoekje en een theedoek ligt en in de badkamer kleine handdoek op de grond voor na het douchen. En we misten een kleine salontafel om je drinken erop te zetten.

For the price this is a good option and the deluxe room has great toilets and they were all pretty clean! The sofas do have stains on them and my WiFi kept cutting out so used 3G! The main issue was getting in as I wasn’t sent my full check in details took me over 1 hour to get into my room upon arriving on the street

Unfortunately, the real place does not match the photos, I was put in a different apartment of much lower quality, that I wouldn't pay even half of the price for. Look at the photos attached. Surprisingly neither management nor hotels.com couldn't do anything about it. So I call it for what it is - a scam. I would put 0 but I give 2 stars to acknowledge that the time in the other apartment was fine, just present it for what it is.

Spacieux, joli et parfaitement situé

Appartement parfaitement situé pour visiter Budapest : nous avons tout fait à pieds ou à vélo. Spacieux, propre, bien équipé. La communication avec notre hôtes était très efficace. Un petit problème rencontré (couvercle bouilloire cassé, ça peut arriver) a été pris en compte et réglé immédiatement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This was the PERFECT Budapest escape flat! Close to everything! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable- the washing machine was a welcome surprise! I would recommend this place so someone visiting Budapest. Eyal was super helpful and sent us the best list of things to do and restaurants- he went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed.
