Pro ; property management was very nice and prompt to answer any queation . Location is great close to " Westend End Mall " close to public transportations including Subway. The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable at time of my arrival.Security is good. Cameras recording the entrance and hallway. Con; The place is noisy ! I could clearly hear my neighbors normal conversation or whatever they were doing. Must slam shutt the doors to be able to lock them behind you so that is very disturbing especially in the middle of the night. Room housekeeping is very limited almost none. No laundry. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron is available at the end of the hallway. The apartment has very strict rules that you must complie with. No guests are allowed unless you pay extra for. Your extensive data is collected prior to occupying the apartment. The place is good for the price. I'll give it two and a half stars. ,,..Subway.SubwaSubway

Worst experience ever! The guy demanded that I pay a cleaning fee that is even way more than the actual booking fee. This is very deceiving and I honestly feel like this is extortion! I am never going back there again!

The Guest Booked through Hotel.com where it is clearly indicated that there are mandatory fees to be paid upon check in or check out. 8500 HUf Cleaning Fee. Although we prooved the guest that the fee has to be paid as indicated the geust left without paying. We also dont want to have you as a guest again.

Sadly the apartments were all money money motivated... I have stayed in many apartments but never been charged for cleaning!!! They wanted to charge for moving in early or departing late ... during the 6 days I saw a cleaner once to be handed a black bin bag and a toilet roll ... not impressed at all

Pictures are very deceiving on size of apartment. Staff shouting through the door to get out 30 minutes before check out time and demanding payment for the taxes and final cleaning fee the morning after we arrived. Would not recommend.

Hi,. I really loved this apartment property, it was absolutely ideal for my stay. The room is like any hotel room, with TV, very warm good heating, lovely shower, but also came with a hob and microwave so you could cook if you wanted! Best of all the communication was perfect, with directions and door codes meaning you don't even need to check in, it was just perfect with zero hassle for my stay. I loved it.

It was okay
If you can get a really good price then it is worth it, bed was quite comfortable but not much to else, didn't understand how to operate the TV, air conditioner leaked a little so we put a pot underneath. Overall it served the purpose of the trip as a comfortable place to sleep in a convenient downtown location. WI-FI worked really well I was happy with it.

Not worth the money
Will not stay here again due to the constant hassle of emails and wanting money for everything even disturbing you on your first day after a late arrival to collect the room tax .... room was ok ... basic however the tiny sink unit was broken and the bathroom sink cabinet drawers were unusable due to been broke ... room was clean .... would advise to spend your hard earned money at a different location

Good value base for exploring Budapest
We stayed on Hegedus Gyula utca, 16. Cosy little room (only slept there really - why would you stay in the room for long when you're in such a beautiful city?). Very good value. Clean. Quiet. Attentive, responsive, helpful staff (thanks Balasz!). Airport transfers well worth the money. Couple of ok cafes very nearby, nice walk along the river into town (20 minutes), also very convenient for underground/tram.

Absolutely Disgusting!
This place was vile. Had to pay a 3300HUF cleaning fee.... no one cleaned our room for the duration of our stay and it was filthy when we arrived. The shower was broken and leaked all over the floor and the plug was full of hair. The kitchenette was filthy. The plug sockets and light fittings were hanging off the wall and ceiling. There was a gaping hole in the wall around the radiator pipes. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend and we will not be returning.

Not a great place to stay in Budapest
Room was cramped and dirty. Air conditioning was too small and poorly placed, so it didn't really cool the room. Rooms are cramped together and therefore noisy. Not a good place for more than two people.

Awful don't go here
Filthy apartment microwave had mold inside / covered in food. Bedding awful (pillow sack with lumps). Shower drains clogged, handheld shower. Tiny bedsit. Hot and stuffy, A/C not working. No one at reception throughout stay. One small locker for 2 people. Stay well away. Ended up staying in a different apartment that was amazing / same price.

Excellent location
Excellent location right next to parliament building and close to public transit, although we usually walked to city center. Room had air conditioning, which was a great surprise. Reception only seems to be there when you check in, but we received an email asking what time we'd arrive, we let them know and someone was waiting for us there. Great city and this room was better then we expected.

Don't book this accommodation
We stayed in different kind of accommodation, but this was the worst experience ever. They don't pick up the phone. Our electronic key didn't work. Tried to phone them, but nobody answered. There was no soundproofing at all and we couldn't sleep until 2 am every night. We had to listen people accommodating, having party and people running around in the hallway.

Down town apartments are not downtown
Address listed is not where the apartment is. No one answers the door bell at the office. You must have a phone and call them. Air conditioning on one of our units didn't work and it was very hot outside that week. They would not provide each person with a key. There is not doorbell so that visitors can let you know they have arrived. We rented an apartment; we got a room.

This is absolutely terrible. We showed up at the place, nobody was there... NOBODY. Waited 20 minutes, nothing. Another group arrived, waiting also. A girl finally showed up, she brings us up but tells BOTH groups we cannot stay there. Takes the other group to their new place, we have to wait. Comes back another 30 min later, and we have to take a taxi, go to a location to pick up the keys, and then another one to reach our apartment. She did not know which apartment, so we tried many until the key worked. SUCH A JOKE. WE LOST A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS ON OUR FIRST DAY BECAUSE OF THE HOTEL. NO REFOUND OR APOLOGIZE. The room was not what was promised. We had to wait for wifi code. The room had work in progress on top... we were woken up every morning really early. NO words. Nobody to call to complain. I hated this and we are absolutely mad this hotel is allowed to appear on expedia and websites like that. Should be locked out. RUN. Get another hotel. Affordable; great neighborhood.
The building is older, but the room is updated and clean. The power went out a few times, which was an inconvenience, but management quickly took care of the problem. These guys have multiple properties and they're just in apartment buildings (so no real concierge/check-in). This requires a little more work & coordination to get to the room, but the price was right so I'd do it again. Good restaurants, places to hang out, etc all over this neighborhood (Jewish Quarter?).

The hotel was exactly what you expect for the cost.we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the room while basic was clean and bigger than anticipated. We loved the location wjich was literally a stones throw from the parliament building and had great links to every place we needed to be. We would stay again and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to lay your head rather than a luxurious hotel.

Great location, cheap, basic, clean apartment
This is an apartment rather than a hotel. From the price, you wouldn't expect luxury and great views, but you get a cheap, clean apartment with private shower room, microwave, portable hob and kitchen sink. It's great for sightseeing on a budget. This apartment's big advantage is its location - the beautiful Parliament building is at the end of the road and the river very close by. The bridges for access to Buda with the castle etc are also within reach. Everything is within walking distance, we used no other transport than our legs (except to and from the airport). We tried to see as much as possible and covered 35 miles in 2.5 days according to the Mapmywalk app! It's not accommodation you'd want to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the view (other concrete flats) but as a place to dump your stuff and come back to sleep after a tiring day's exploring, it's just fine. I can't see the point of paying out massive amounts for luxury accommodation if you're never awake in it! One hiccup - no one there when we arrived to let us in and we were left standing on the pavement along with others trying to gain access. I gather the same organisation has several groups of apartments, so they are not staffed much. However we had taken the phone numbers supplied, rang the one who spoke English and the lady there texted a series of codes to us to get through the inner and outer doors and our apartment. Had we not taken mobiles or numbers, we might still be there now!

Budapest Trip- Good hotel
We stayed for three nights. The hotel was older but the room was clean and in good condition. The location was wonderful and close to the parliament building. We did not have any trouble getting to and from our hotel easily even during the day while we travelled.

Excellent location and excellent price!
This flat rental was absolutely perfect for a 3-day stay in Budapest over the weekend! Clean and comfortable, located close to the center of the city (a block from the river and the parliament building!) and within easy walking distance to public transportation (5 minutes to the tram/ metro), we were very happy with our choice of accommodation and will definitely be staying with them again the next time we're in Budapest. The 4/5 rating is only due to some initial difficulties getting in touch with the staff and their booking us at a second location, but that was mostly due to our making the reservation through Expedia the night before arriving and their not having advance notice of our arrival-- this issue was easily resolved with a couple of phone calls, and we were able to access the flat using a numerical keypad to enter the building and the rooms. My recommendation would be to confirm the reservation by phone to avoid this issue before you arrive in Budapest and make sure someone knows you're coming! Nevertheless, the woman I spoke to over the phone was pleasant and accommodating, and I have no complaints about the service, though we never saw any member of the staff as we were out from early morning to late at night. I will recommend them to everyone I meet who will be passing through the city! Overall, a great flat in a very central location with everything you need to have a fantastic weekend!

The staff barely know a few English words. Although the accomodation is titled as apartments there was not even a proper knife among kitchen tools.The room si very small. No soap provided. There was mold in the shower stall!

Room was fine but service was no good. Even I arrived there around 2:30pm. But the room was not cleaned, just a worker tried to cleanup the room. and I requested to her a hair dryer. She said, will bring at 9 in the morning. But she didn't come to my room for 2days. First day, I was waiting her till 10am. But nobody was the reception and not contact me for the hair dryer. totally low quality service.

Far a way from map position showen during booking
The location of the app is different of map position showen during booking on the web site. Tthe office location is not important to person who booking. All we need is the position of the app. This is very big mistake. We are satisfied of app, cleaning... but this site made big mistake about location of app.

Amazing location for a great price!
The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, with tips for the stay highlighted in a poster. Comfy bed and the shower was good. The location we were in was right next to the Parliament building! My only minor quibble was that some light from the corridor shone through the window into the room all night, but that wasn't really much of an issue!

Best Location in Budapest!
These apartments are fantastic! They aren't a "hotel" per se but they are a very clean and well kept set of apartments. They are perfect for a self catering city break. The downtown apartments are right behind the parliment building so they are in a great location. We were able to walk most places but the public transport is also super efficient and worth using. The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette the walls weren't very sound proof but this is very typical of rooms in Budapest. We will definitely stay here again and reccommend it to all our friends!

Das schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je war unfreundliche Leute. Musste halbe Stunde draussen warten bis der jenige, der mir den code zum eintretten gab und bis er mir erklärte wie es geht. Redet von der Nase, nimmt keine Anrufe ab, antwortet nur mit smileys und antwortet jede 10 min ein Mal. Hotel Zimmer wird nicht geputzt, wenn man nicht zusätzlich zahlt, und erst als ich in der Stadt ankam bekomme ich ein Mail, dass ich noch zusätzlich für end-cleaning und city taxes 50 EU, was ich noch nirgends erlebte.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneisto oli erittäin kulunut, huonosti valaistu ja nuhjuinen, ei todellakaan mikään de luxe. Kylpyhuoneen laatikoihin ei voinut laittaa mitään, koska ne oli siivoamatta ja pohjalla edellisten asukkaiden hiuksia yms. vastenmielistä. Suihku oli todella hyvä, vesi oli lämmintä ja se tuli kunnon paineella. Pienlaitteet ( liesi, mikro, vedenkeitin) olivat hyväkuntoisia ja toimivat moitteetta. Henkilökuntaa emme nähneet (paitsi kuljettajan kotiin lähtiessä) mutta palvelu sähköpostitse toimi kiitettävästi.

L’appartamento era molto carino ed ordinato, il problema principale era la pulizia delle stoviglie, che erano completamente sporche, idem il fornello su cui cuocere il cibo. Ho comunicato la cosa tramite SMS, come richiesto dallo staff, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Hanno richiesto ulteriori 25 euro per le pulizie finali e dato che la signora che me li ha richiesti non ha capito una parola in inglese del fatto che le pulizie non erano state fatte bene e non volevamo pagare il supplemento, abbiamo dovuto pagarli. In più per ogni minima cosa chiedevano supplementi in euro.
