Nice clean cheap hotel

VERY VERY VERY nice and helpfull staff. I even lost my car key, but they found it and kept it for me. Very clean hotel. A little too far from the action, and i imagine it would be difficult to get around if you don't go there by car, but if you arrive with one, it's all good. Very good food also, for the morning buffet. Not a ton of options, but pretty wide sprea range of thing you can eat.

very unpeasant place

this was the worst experience in a hotel in a long time. We wanted a hotel with safe parking place. Thats what we got, but nothing else. The room had two very small beds with a hard cover, no real matress, one chair for two people, barely space for two suitcases. The toilette bowl was not clened for three days. The carped was old and not well clened. Breakfast was below average, and if you did not arrive during the first hours, supplies were not replenished, and the staff wasrude and ignorant

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Möbel waren zwar alt, aber es war sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was man braucht: Brötchen, Marmelade, Käse & Wurst, Rührei, Joghurt, Obst usw. Die Tram ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man ist in ca. 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr praktisch war der vorhandene Parkplatz. Innenstadt gut mit Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ligger allt för långt ifrån staden för min smak. Ligger i delen "Buda", och tar cirka 25 min. med spårvagn att ta sig till med spårvagn (+5 min. promenad). Frukosten var helt OK, saknade dock grövde eller knäckebröd och det var ganska urplockat redan vid 9-tiden. Servicen var däremot suverän! De hjälpte oss att beställa hem mat (och kom upp med maten till rummet) när vi inte orkade ta oss ut själva. De finns dator att låna i lobbyn (gratis) samt fri wifi på hotellen. TV ingår också, CNN var den enda engelska kanalen. Att åka taxi från hotellet till flygplatsen, är dyrare om du inte ringer Själv och bokar! Ring själv och be om "fixed price" om du ska till flygplatsen f.ex.

LUNA Hotel Budapest - very good but cheap

We stayed with 3 people for 3nights and had a special offer, so the price was very cheap. Room and Bathroom (ensuite) very clean. The staff very helpful with different information. Buffet breakfast good and variety of choices. Its location is not in the city center but there is a tram line with direct connection to the inner city. Overall, we had a perfect stay in Budapest and in the LUNA Hotel.

Hotel Luna - essenziale e comodo

Albergo posto in zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, utile come base di partenza per arrivare in centro (passano lì vicinoe frequentemente 3 linee di tram 47,41 e 18, che consentono di arrivare in centro in 20-25 min. ca). Camere e albergo puliti ed essenziali (la TV ha canali ungheresi, tedeschi e solo la CNN); camere un po' calde ma impianto di condizionamento ok, colazione abbondante anche se non molto varia se non si ama la colazione di stile tedesco; personale giovane, gentile e cortese. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un supermercato e, a poche fermate (capolinea 18) un ipermercato; non ci sono ristoranti lì intorno, da tener conto se si arriva la sera, anche se alcuni negozietti di alimentari sono aperti fino a tardi.

Hotel Luna in Budapest - affordable base for city

Hotel is located some way from city centre- though tram stop is a short walk away - about 25 min journey by tram; cost ~e1.50. Car parking on hotel grounds included. Breakfast was a mix of cereal, cold meats, scrambled eggs, plus bread, Jam, Yogurt; again included in price. Room was basic but clean- no tea/ coffee making, shower only/ no bath- linen & towels were clean. Furnishings were basic & worn. Bed was not to my liking but after a day's walking in the city I had no problem sleeping. Didn't notice any AC but I was there in April so did not need it. TV was satellite but maybe one english channel. Free wireless internet included. Reception & breakfast area was clean & tidy. Staff were quiet; but helpful. It works as a base for seeing the city, if you don't mind using public transport, or driving & parking in city centre. I would return. Really good value.

Gerne wieder einmal in diesem Hotel

Kompetenter, Englisch sprechender Empfang. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gut ausgerüstetes Badezimmer mit Foehn. Die Zimmer gibt es mit einem kleinen Balkon und mit TV inkl. deutschen Sendern. Kostenloser Parkplatz in einem abschliessbaren Innenhof. Das Hotel ist ca. 15-20min vom Stadtzentrum mit dem Tram entfernt. Die ÖV sind gut zu erreichen. Tickets können im Hotel gekauft werden. In der Umgebung (10min zu Fuss) ist ein Einkaufscenter mit diversen Shops, Lebensmittelgeschäften und Geldwechselmöglichkeiten.
