Room 507 had a major bathroom issue. It flooded each time the shower was used. We were not moved to a new room until after the second night. Hotel knew the bathroom had a defect since there were already molds present in areas where the water was coming from but they still placed us in that room since they were fully booked.
Another red flag was that they charged me upon check in. This is a tactic that they used so you can no longer get yiur money back. When we asked for a compensation at check out they gave an excuse that they would just email me since their manager is not in. They emailed me but only offered a 15% discount for a future stay and nothing else. Useless in my opinion since I don’t intend to come back to this hotel.
My advice would be to check your bathroom well. Even the other room 317 which they moved us in had a bathroom issue (water still seeping through the shower doors), but was minor as compared to the first room they placed us in.
A/C in the room was fine. Breakfast was also ok.
