"I had a mixed stay.
The good? The staff are lovely overall.
The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.
The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...

"We had a great time at the resort. The accommodation was clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and kind. The pool is sweet with a little beach entry. My son found it a little young for him (age 11) as there were so many younger kids but may have been the time of year we visited. He was a big fan of the free arcade! We visited main beach daily, about a 5 minute drive. There isn't much to walk to but we had a car and they do offer a free shuttle. "

"Bungalow was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water and checked in late, when we managed to speak with the staff it was resolved quickly.
Room itself is basic but good for a short stay. Would be much better with a quick update and refresh to make things feel a bit more modern and brighter. "

"We had an amazing stay at Oceans. The view from our room was outstanding , it overlooking the beach and the esplanade which was always a hive of activity, with shops and restaurants directly below. "I liked the place that the hotel was situated by the lake. The clean room , the helpful staff and the specious and close by parking, very easy to get into the hotel.
Could do with some box of tissues in the room and an extra chair( there was only one chair for 2 people...)
Thanks for the gift of a bottle of wine and a packet of chips, but the staff have to you know that there is a gift in the room..."

"On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again."
