"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. "Lovely barn conversion! cottages have a very modern feel. Plenty to do and see such as the walk around Argal reservoir, tennis, pool, seeing the animals on the farm like goats, horses and the owners amazing dogs. Owner Ian is very friendly and always happy to help if you need a hand with anything. Overall, lovely stay and would love to come back again!"
