"This holiday was an impulsive week away with my husband and 3 older children. The apartment was perfect for a larger family with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. There is a sauna and there will be a steam room ready soon too. The pool was clean but cold at this time of year. The hosts were very attentive and friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. "The staff and the hotel were really quite good. There was access to two pools which we both clean and comfortable. The rooms were generally ok - comfortable beds, spacious, air conditioned. Shop, ATM, beach, restaurants very close. I had an issue with a few things: 1. Toilet seat was completely broken off, and was not fixed for the whole time of our stay (7 nights). "we decided to spend 3 nights in this appartment. the dinner was so poor but the real problem, my wife got problem with the stomach (she ate something rotten). the staff don,t know the meaning of service, you can enter in the restaurant no one will say hello or welcome, if you ask for something you can wait to the next day. the room is uge but not usefull. the rooms is more than 70 sq-meter but the bedroom is to small that you are not able to pass to the other side of the bed. there is a uge...

"Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."
