When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess. I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but it was served at 11:00 p.m. It was also expensive, small in portion, and average in quality."
