"Clean room. When the people above us were extremely loud and we complained. They offered a free dinner for us. And had security monitor them for noise. The buses to universal studios were always there waiting for us to jump on. Never had to wait for them. My only complaint was the $44 fee to store our luggage until we could leave for our flight home. First time I have been charged"

"Pontos bons: hotel novo, limpo. Área da piscina linda e boas comodidades. A estadia no hotel permite acesso antecipado aos parques da Universal e possui ônibus indo e voltando do parque a todo momento.
Pontos ruins: Seria muito mais interessante se tivesse café da manhã com buffet, mesmo que pago. Na área do restaurante existe um café e um mercadinho que são bem caros. Disseram que o serviço de quarto é feito dia sim dia não. Ficamos 3 dias e o serviço de quarto não foi feito nunca. O...
